RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Exchange/Return

​

  • We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means the item can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. 

​

  • To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and labels intact.

​

  • ​Rs.150/- reverse pick-up charges.

​

  • Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

​

  • The refund may take up to 10 -12 working days to reflect in your account.

​

  • We will not exchange/return any item that we were not notified about after 7 days.

​

CANCELLATIONS

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info.vlorie@gmail.com

​

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the payment method used for making the payment.

​​

  • No request for cancellation will be accepted after the order is shipped.

​

  • In case prepaid package is not accepted by customer and returned to VLORIE by courier company, it can only be refunded after deduction of Rs.100 as shipping charges.

  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by VLORIE and accepts decision regarding the cancellation.

Defects/Damaged product(s)

​

  • In case of defected/damaged product, complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of product.

  • kindly email us at ‘info.vlorie@gmail.com’. Your email should contain the order and other comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

  • Specifically - 

  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly send us an image of the item.
